The reception begins at 5:30 PM and refreshments will be served.
Library: Fresno County Public LibraryThis is followed by a panel discussion at 6:30 PM. Panelists will discuss the infringement of American civil liberties experienced by Japanese American detainees. Panelists include Robert Rusky, Karen Kai and Donald Tamaki (Korematsu Coram Nobis Legal Team), Justice James Ardaiz and Bill Simon (ACLU). Moderator will be Judge Dale Ikeda.
