The San Mateo County Library System, in collaboration with local schools, will be hosting a week long Author Festival, starting Monday, November 2 through Friday, November 6. The Festival features children’s authors and illustrators, whose books and art work have inspired many children nationwide. The East Palo Alto Library will host Elisa Kleven, author of A Carousel Tale.
